In order to fill out the employment application and reference form, please make sure you have a PDF reader. We recommend FoxIt PDF reader. You may also use Adobe Acrobat Reader. Both programs are free.

Complete the following:

1. Click on the job position link to send a message and upload your resume.
2. Download, complete, and mail the FRA employment application.

   • Staff Application
3. Download the reference form. You must have 3 references completed and mailed to FRA.
