Spiritual Emphasis

Franklin Road Academy has a rich history with its spiritual life being one of its cornerstones. Daily devotions across the campus have always been a part of each student's day. Spiritual Emphasis Week, a week long event each February, has been a source of inspiration for our present students and fondly remembered by our alumni. During this week we have speakers, musicians, service projects with Senior Service Day being a part, and a campus wide gathering of students, faculty, staff and parents for prayer and music.

Community Service

In the fall of 1996, the Board of Directors of Franklin Road Academy strengthened their commitment to community service when they added a graduation requirement of twenty hours of service. This to be completed and documented over the four years of Upper School. Students are rewarded with medals given on Awards Day for exceptional service hours completed and have impressive resume material from the service performed. Most importantly, the goal is to instill in each student the desire to share of themselves and give back to the Nashville community.
