FRA Help Desk

The FRA Help Desk provides a single point of contact for students, faculty, and staff to get timely help with their technology needs. We offer a quick, courteous, and comprehensive technology support experience.

The FRA Help Desk is located inside the L . M. Crockett Library and Technology Buiding.

Please use the following resources so that we can better serve your needs:

1. Phone Support: Call the school toll-free @ 877-216-2013 ext. 4627. Support Hours: M-F (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.).

2. Email Support: Use the technology support link to submit a technology request. Someone will follow-up with you.
