On a scale of one to ten the only nine associated with this movie is in the name. Although the movie is animated, there are still frightening parts. Each of the robots in the movie is part of a scientist, so when 9 is created the last bit of the man’s soul goes in to 9 therefore killing the scientist. The scientist not only makes these robots, but he also makes machines that take over the humans which he did not mean to happen. The movie begins with a small cloth robot named 9 waking up in a deserted and decaying house. The lonely robot adventurously wanders outside where he meets another robot like him, 2. Then, a big bad dog machine called the beast comes and takes his new friend 2 away. He is then found by 5 and is brought back to the church, which is a hideout. There he is intimidated by the leader, number 1. He then leaves with 5 to go find and save 2. When the two robots leave on their mission, they are faced with some trouble. Luckily long lost 7, the female ninja, saves them. They are able to rescue 2 and kill the beast in the process. 9 finds the talsmen, he is not sure what it does, but he decides to plug it in to a big machine which it fits. This awakens a monster machine which is made to create other bad machines out of anything. Because they wake up this machine, 2 is killed in the process. His soul is sucked out. Now all the robots are endangered. They meet other robots like 3 and 4 who are twins. Will the others survive? Or will all the robots become extinct now that this other machine is brought back?
