The Dean of Studies supports the teachers and staff of FRA in fulfilling our school mission by overseeing the Academy's on-going curriculum assessment/implementation, professional development and accreditation. The faculty and staff work together to map out a plan for accomplishing our mission with four critical questions to guide us: 1.) Where is our school today? 2.) Where does the school want to go? 3.) What is the plan to get there? 4.) How will the school know when it has accomplished its plan?

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Franklin Road Academy is to instill in our students a lifelong love of learning, emphasizing academic excellence and college preparation; to develop students of integrity with Christian values to sustain and lead them in lives that will make a difference; and to guide students to discover needed balance for life through opportunities in the arts, atheletics, and activities.
