In accordance with the schedule above, Franklin Road Academy conducts a full curriculum review of each academic area at least once every seven years. Each yearly review includes analysis of national standards and other relevant educational research.The review may also include site visits to other schools and the use of consultants and/or guest speakers. During the review process, departmental objectives are carefully realigned with the school's mission. The subject scope and sequence is updated in order to keep the comprehensive curriculum map updated. The final step of the process is the selection of textbooks and other instructional resources.
